Family-friendly and decent

The rooms were convenient and clean and the breakfast selection was quite good. The restaurant had a nice vibe and they offered decent meals in the evening.

It wasn't cheap but still acceptable given the amenities.

Stocked & well laid out rooms with nice bathroom. Amiable and fairly friendly staff during our stay. Location - perfect, not far from Flanders. Also, on roadside restraunts.

Nice hotel with free wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and a fitness centre. On my first visit, the staff helped print my boarding pass. I always appreciate their friendly service. Definitely coming back for xmas!

I was deeply disappointed by the lack of service . The restaurant and bar were closed on multiple occasions for staff activities, leaving us without food options. My room wasn't serviced at all on one day, unacceptable for a hotel of this caliber.

This hotel was excellent with a good breakfast selection catering to every taste. The staff's professional and discreet presence was amazing, always available when needed. Ideal for exploring the region, the elegant Privilege Double Room was a cozy retreat, contributing to a well-rounded and enjoyable experience.

Lekker stay in Roeselare 🌍

Man, that brekkie was a winner! Fresh orange juice and a great spread made mornings so much better. Plus, the room was super comfy and had everything I needed. The staff were sharp-sharp, always ready to help. Felt right at home!

Only downside was the narrow single bed-not my favorite. Next time, I'm defs getting that king-size.

pleasant stay but noisy room

Breakfast offered a wide variety and tasted fantastic. Staff provided great service throughout my stay. The design of the room was appealing, with plenty of space to move around.

The room had unacceptable soundproofing, disrupting my sleep.

It was just a fitting option for a getaway in Roeselare with value for money. The staff were super friendly and made the check-in process smooth and quick. Look out for the delicious breakfast options. It's a great way to start your day!

We stayed here for a wedding and it was super convenient! The room was spacious n well equipped, and the restaurant had yummy food in the evening. There was even a cool little meals fridge in the lobby which saved us when the restaurant was closed!

The parking is a bit limited in the area, especially on weekends. The staff communication about our bill was a bit confusing at times.
